Privacy policy
DRIPPLUG. is a small independent reseller based in Tirana, Albania. This page explains exactly what happens to your information when you browse the shop, place an order, or message us. It is written to be read, not to hide things.
1. What we collect
- When you order: your name, phone number, email address, country, city, street address, and anything you type in the order notes. We also store the items you ordered, the prices, and the order total.
- When you browse: a random identifier kept in your browser, the page you viewed, where you came from, and whether you are on a phone, tablet or computer. We use this only to see which pieces people look at. It is not linked to your name.
- On your own device: your bag, your last few order numbers, and (on the admin device only) the admin sign-in session are stored in your browser's local storage.
We do not ask for card details. There is no online payment on this site. We never receive or store card numbers.
2. Why we collect it
- To confirm your order by phone or email and to deliver it.
- To reply when you contact us about a piece, a size, or a return.
- To keep a record of sales for accounting and to prevent fraudulent orders.
- To understand which parts of the shop are used, so we can improve them.
We rely on your consent (given when you submit an order) and on our legitimate interest in running the shop and keeping accurate sales records.
3. Who sees it
- Us. One person runs this shop and reads the orders.
- Our courier. Only the name, phone number and delivery address needed to deliver your parcel.
- Our service providers. The site is hosted by Netlify and the catalogue, orders and photos are stored in Supabase (a hosted Postgres database). Our email provider is used to send order confirmations. These providers process data on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.
We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising networks, and we do not share your details with the brands whose clothes we resell.
4. How long we keep it
- Orders: kept for up to 24 months for accounting and returns, then deleted or anonymised.
- Browsing statistics: kept for up to 180 days, then deleted.
- Your browser storage: stays on your device until you clear it. The checkout now includes a "Clear this device" button, and clearing your browser data removes everything.
5. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to dripplugal@gmail.com from any address, or call 0688395400, and tell us the phone number or email you ordered with. We answer within a few days and delete order data within 30 days of a verified request, except where we must keep a sales record by law.
6. Cookies and local storage
This site sets no cookies at all. It uses your browser's local storage for three things: your bag, your recent order numbers (so the confirmation survives a refresh), and the admin sign-in on your own device. None of these are shared with advertisers. Because we do not use cookies or ad trackers, you will not see a cookie banner.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Orders are stored in a database that the public cannot read: only the shop owner, signed in with a password and two-factor authentication, can open them. Order confirmations are sent over an encrypted connection.
8. Children
The shop is not aimed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be mentioned on our Instagram page.
